According to the World Health Organization, Wellness is “the state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” This definition alone provides a strong case for changing mentality around the limitations of the healthcare system and for opening up our lives to a more holistic way of taking care of yourself.
