I help women understand what their body is communicating, so they can feel more steady, clear, and connected to themselves again.
Many of the women I work with are dealing with hormonal migraines, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, emotional overwhelm, or a sense that they’ve lost connection with themselves and often feel like they’ve tried everything without real answers.
My work is a blend of kinesiology, nervous system support, emotional awareness, and intuitive body-based understanding.
Instead of focusing only on symptom management, I help you explore the patterns underneath what your body is trying to show you.
When those patterns start to make sense, your health stops feeling so confusing and you start trusting yourself again.

My role is to support you in reconnecting with your inner strength, strengthening your boundaries, and shifting patterns that may have kept you feeling stuck, small, or disconnected from yourself.
My approach
I bring over 15 years of one-to-one experience supporting clients through emotional, physical, and life transitions.
My work integrates:
- kinesiology and mind–body awareness
- counselling-informed emotional processing
- dreamwork and intuitive reflection
- meditation, yoga, and grounding practices
This allows us to work with both the practical and the deeper emotional layers of your experience.

A note on fit: This work is best suited to women who are ready to take responsibility for their own growth, and who are open to exploring both the emotional and body-based aspects of their experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a Diploma of Counselling, Diploma of Kinesiology, Professional Dreamwork Training, Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, Yin Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation Teacher Training, Transformational Life Coaching Certification, and a Graduate Diploma in Arts Management.
I am a registered member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT)
Other stuff: I have been featured in Living Now magazine, appeared as a speaker on the topic of conscious wellness at events such as the Mind Body Spirit Festival and Evolve Yoga Festival, and have been interviewed multiple times as a part of podcast series “The Wise Guides”
