2024 can be the year of our dreams!

Want to make your dreams count in 2024?
Dreams contain messages from your higher self. All the information you need to heal and create a dream life filled with abundance and love can be found in them.
This year, I aim to help you learn how to deeply connect to the highest guidance in your dreams so that you can action your plans and fulfill your desires.
To help you kick-start this process, I have created a 30-day dream journal with inner work prompts to help you learn how to Recall, Record and Realise your unique dream language so that you can connect deeply to your inner wisdom, activate your potential and create a life you love (link in bio).

Dreamwork has been a foundational part of my inner work practice for many years. And I have been working with clients interpreting dreams since 2016. This year I have been called upon many times to make it more accessible for a wider audience (more about that in my next post).

I sat with these beautiful She Oak trees today, whose medicine helps to balance women’s hormones.
I offered them questions and allowed their medicine to amplify my inner voice as the answers came through.

There are so many ways to use plants as a tool for healing. I resonate with flowers and herbs the most, and I love to grow my own vegetables to nourish my family. I can thank each plant as I collect the bounty that it provides, activating the vibrations of gratitude and abundance in my life.

#symbols are the language of your psyche. We use symbols all the time to help us with our inner work and the symbols in our dreams are some of the most powerful and accessible way to connect to your inner guidance.

I once spent weeks working a dream, trying to understand it’s deeper level meaning, and it wasn’t until I went back in detail and looked at the shape of the nose on one of the characters in the dream that I realised what it was all about! That dream changed my life. Your dreams have the power to change the trajectory of yours!

Ever feel like you need a brain refresh?

Brain buttons are one of the brain gym exercises that I use with clients, as well as my 3 year old daughter at home to stimulate the carotid arteries which supply freshly oxygenated blood to the brain.
Holding an open palm over your bellybutton, helps to re-establish awareness of the gravitational centre of your body.

To practice:
Place an open palm over your bellybutton and stimulate just below the clavicle on both sides with the opposite hand, breathing deeply for 20 to 30 seconds, then switch sides.

A great exercise for when you’ve been concentrating for a period of time and you need a reset. It has also been sent to help with eye-strain and is a great exercise for children with learning or coordination difficulties.
