How to Balance Svadhisthana

To balance your sacral chakra you should be open to adding creativity in your daily life, not just through art, but also through other creative pursuits and hobbies such as cooking, gardening or dancing. Play is another important aspect of creating sacral chakra balance, play can connect you to your inner child and to the emotions of enjoyment and pleasure goverened by the sacral chakra.
You can also maintain a healthy sacral chakra by maintaining a healthy sexual life and honoring your physical body. Getting in touch with your emotional self and expressing emotions in a healthy way will also help keep your sacral chakra balanced.

Balancing the Sacral Chakra with Kinesiology.

Kinesiology helps us to identify sacral chakra imbalances by accessing the many and varied subconscious connections that lead to the imbalance. By working with muscle testing, kinesiology allows us to unlock and integrate past experiences and events that have caused sacral chakra blocks.

Suggested treatment plan.

When balancing the sacral chakra (or any other chakra) with kinesiology I recommend:

  • An initial 90 minute kinesiology consultation followed by a standard consultation 1 -2 weeks apart.
  • Further follow-up standard consultations should be spaced between 2 -4 weeks apart or booked as needed.
  • You may like to consider a chakra journey experience whereby over the course of 7 sessions we focus in on blockages occurring in each of the chakras, working towards a subtle awakening of kundalini energy.
