Your Teacher Kristen Ross:
Kristen is a qualified yoga and meditation teacher. She is also a registered sports kinesiologist. As a professional dancer and yoga practitioner for over 15 years, Kristen believes that establishing a healthy mind-body connection is key to enjoying a healthy and happy life.
Kristen has completed yoga teacher training in Purna yoga, Yin yoga styles as well as in Meditation.
Her interest in yoga goes beyond physical asana. Kristen includes meditation, breathwork, philosophy, mantra and energetics to create a holistic practice with a focus on self-compassion and care.
Kristen’s teaching style is integrative, nurturing and accessible to all. She especially enjoys working with individuals with unique needs.
Kristen runs a private practice in Melbourne and has experience facilitating workshops and for groups, individuals and organisations.
Kristen has spoken about the mind-body connection at events such as the Mind Body Spirit Festival and Evolve Yoga Festival.
