Fascia, Kinesiology and Energy Pathways. How energy moves in your body

Once a mystical phenomenon, modern science is beginning to understand that the movement of energy is something that correlates with physical change in the body via the fascial system.

There has been some great research in Chinese Medicine in the past few years that has linked the release of fascial tissue to the movement of energy through the meridians. Hopefully at some point in the future there will be an even more in depth understanding of how changes in the subtle energy bodies of the chakras also effects fascia, fascial tissue and hence the physical body.

Working with kinesiology my focus is mainly on the energy pathways with an understanding that working with energy centres will have an effect on the physical body. This is why it is important as a kinesiologist to make sure that the relevant muscles, chakra’s and acupoints are activated through either movement or stimulation to enhance the ability of the body to register the energetic pathways that are being worked on.

When I use muscle testing techniques I am sending signals to the brain, telling it that I want to focus on that specific muscle as well as the correlating fascia, joints, nerves, meridians, chakras, nadis, organs, glands and the corresponding emotions.  This is why muscle testing is so crucial within the context of a kinesiology session.
